How do I start the process with your salon?

Your first step to achieving your dream head of hair is to Contact Me via TEXT 509-386-0937 or EMAIL. We can chat and talk about your needs. I encourage you to ask as many questions as you want! After I gather your contact info, I will set up an online booking account for you. This will allow you to find a time for your consultation appointment that fits your schedule.

What’s can I expect at the Consultation?

At this appointment, we sit down and chat about how you want your hair to look, the length, styling etc. I will give you recommendations based on how much home care you are comfortable with, your face/head shape, etc. I will swatch your bio hair. This is to find a color that blends seamlessly. We can even add a bit of gray! We will then measure your recession area and create a hard template if needed. I’ll show you examples of base type material and we will discuss the attributes of each. I also go over adhesive options.

When do I pay for my System?

If you decide to go for it, I have you purchase your system at the Consultation appointment. If you need time to think about it, I can also send you an emailed invoice. Alternatively, if you are shopping around, I can send an invoice via email too. I accept all credit cards, Afterpay, Klarna, Venmo, CashApp – what ever is best for you!

How much are the Systems you sell?

I am trained in all hair system brands, but I chose to source my systems from HairSkeen. They are honestly the best quality I have seen and they have very responsive customer service. HairSkeen systems are $450. This includes all base types.

What if I have already purchased a System elsewhere?

That’s totally fine with me. Unlike other Hair Replacement Salons, I don’t mind applying a unit from another company. Just note that the guarantee will only be applicable to my actual install services.

How long will I need to wait in between the Consultation and my appointment?

HairSkeen units ship from Massachusetts and take approx 7 days to arrive (holidays extra) . Once they send me your UPS tracking information, I’ll text you. We will then set up a good time for your install appointment.

Is it hard to get in with you for my install?

Not hard at all! While I am booked out 8-10 weeks for my color clients, I make booking exceptions for Hair Replacements. We could even look at a Saturday afternoon or a Sunday if you are traveling to get here.

How do I prepare for my install appointment?

Clean dry hair is best. If you are unable to, I am more than happy to do that for you. Your install appointment takes approx 2 hours – so please plan for that.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes! I actually suggest bringing a spouse or a partner if you choose. They can ask questions and watch the application. I will talk them through parts of the process so they will learn how to help you maintain your look at home.

Am I stuck in a contract?

Absolutely not. You are free to book appointments whenever you choose. We do not charge membership fees of any kind.
